This version of the Soft Flounce Blouse is made from an exquisite cotton blend, with just a touch of shiny polyester fibres that give the fabric a unique, paper-like feel.

The fabric was from the end of a deadstock roll and is no longer available, but a similar sculptural effect can be achieved with other structured fabrics.
